Other companies only offer raw research data that lacks thoughtful analysis, is not comprehensive enough, or is not specific to food safety training
Content for these papers were typically dry, lengthy, and referenced complex data, so my approach was to create visually interesting charts and graphs using actual, 3D paper models of food. I first made sketches of food-related objects that could be used as charts and graphs. I then created digital 3D models from scratch using Blender. After digitally unfolding the models, I printed them on colored card stock, scored and cut them with an X-ACTO knife, and assembled them. I did the photography in a green room studio. I also designed the 54-page white paper itself.
This campaign successfully generated more interest than prior editions, and was used throughout the year in thought leadership pieces and as supporting content in marketing and sales. It also received the Gold Summit Creative Award in 2025.
